Seasonal Depression

Inspired by and based on Scott Wolverton's "Seasonal Depression", Seasonal Depression is a short film where you follow a girl's journey through the struggles of depression, especially during the winter where the weather turns gloomier. I choose this topic since across the span of my life, I've known people who have struggled with their own mental health, including my best friend. The message I hope to get across is that help is always there, and that just because the weather changes, neither should you.
