I’m Fine

This art piece symbolizes someone who is hiding their feelings and pretends that everything is fine and that there is nothing wrong with them.
The pink background is made up of watercolor to capture the viewer the happiness of this piece. The things that are floating around her are sticky notes that are drawn with a black sharpie and color pencil on wood, symbolizing the positivity that she has written on each of these sticky notes to help
cope her self-esteem with big green Sticky note where she had drawn a big old smile on it to hide mouth to pretend that there aren’t any issues or struggles that she has been or put through. But her tears falling reveals to the viewer that she is internally has been dealing with a lot of emotional pain. Her shiny tears that have the white shine including her eyes, is made up of white posca marker to give that white transparent look to her eyes. The main medium used in this piece for the girl is used in Prisma colors to bring out the beautiful shading and brightness that is shining on her. Lastly, the main message of this piece is, is that you may never know, what some else is going through, even if they act all positive and everything is alright.
