Please Wake Up

My mental health journey has been long and hard. I have suffered through cronic depresssion, an eating disorder, self harm, ADHD, PTSD, and was at the point that I was hospitalized at one point. I chose to write about my journey because it makes everything easier, I actually wrote this in the hospital this past summer. I want to dedicate this peice to my amazing older sister. She has helped me through so much and is genuinely the best older sister I could ever ask for. She is truly my biggest inspiration and I suppose this peice is a result of her, she is a part of the reason that I am still here. I hope people can understand how much words can mean when they read my poem.
