This drawing depicts the different emotions we feel at school. When we do things wrong in the eyes of others, when we have differences with our friends or trying to fit in, all these emotions just boggles our mind. We feel like this huge cloud over our head not letting us see the good that is out there, and the wiser decisions we need to make. Everything feels like you are under water. The pressure of passing or failing a test, waiting to get invited to your friend’s party and much, much more. Our mental state of mind is never stable since everyday is different. I stop and think what should I do? I repeat “I am strong and I can self-regulate.”
