Lost Progress

This piece represents relapse in mental health. I struggled a lot with juggling between feeling better and then falling back down into this pit. So the art is ment to represent how it feels to sink to the bottom desperately reaching for where you once were. I hope that other people can relate and find comfort they are not alone in this feeling.
