What is mental health?

Mental health is like a bee…

…it needs its honey.

Or a man…

…who needs his money.

It is like a hand….

…that needs to be clean.

Mental health is something…

…that we all need.

We need good mental health…

…or else we will be in need.

Mental health matters to me.

Mental health is how I live my life…

…it is why I am alive.

I have poor mental health…

…I have tried to kill myself seven times.

I need better mental health…

…that is all that matters right now.

I am thankful that I am still alive…

…I need mental health to live life.
